This Utterz platform allows you to call in and leave messages for everyone, so basically a vocal twitter. It even supports video. I would suggest to use Press it (that you can find in your Wordpress dashboard and move to your favs). With that JS snippet you can quickly copy and paste text in a new post and edit it.

Alternatively you should look at the Tumblr look alike plugin QuickPost-it
